She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smalley and Lillian Paris Smalley; her husband Avalon S. Thomas; and her siblings, David Smalley, Pearl Smalley, Evelyn Smalley, Doris Smalley, Myrtle Smalley, Fred Smalley, Paul Smalley and William Smalley.
She is survived by: her children, David Thomas (Cheryl) of Guys Mills, Terry Thomas (Tammy) of Franklin, Kim Simons (Steve) of Franklin and Duane Thomas (Michelle) of Franklin; her grandchildren, Lisah Baker, Drew Cervone Rachael Hasson (Jake), Michael Thomas (Brittany), Kayla Perrett (David) and Cole Simons (Maria); and her great grandchildren, Gracie Cervone, Sophie Baker, Wyatt Perrett, Evelyn Hasson, Judah Hasson and Geneieve Hasson.
