She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Buck and Pauline Buck (Staniszewski). She is survived by: her husband Francis M. Foley; and her siblings, Joan Zukiewicz of South Park, PA, Jack Buck of New Kensington, PA and Jim Buck of Booneville, MO.. She is also survived by other relatives, friends, neighbors.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Patricia Buck's name to the Myasthenia Gravis Association of Western PA https://mgawpa.org, or a charity of your choice, in Patricia's memory.
