We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2025, at the age of 75, Robert E. Resinger of Franklin, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mothers, Katherine Shay (Ellis Shay) and Ruth (Floyd Resinger). He is survived by: his daughters, Dianna Walker of Franklin, PA, Patricia "Patti" Resinger of Franklin, PA, Betsy Hay of Washington, PA and Dr. Phoebe "Katie" Kutterna (Frank) of West Springfield, PA.; his in-laws, Sarah Resinger of Franklin, PA, Nancy Prichard (LeRoy) of Matthews, NC and Roy Kunkel (Peg) of Tacoma, WA.; his wife Vickie Best Resinger; his brother Floyd "Butch" Resinger; and his in-laws, Earl, Phoebe Kunkel, Orval and Pat Best. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Galloway Church of Franklin (196 Seysler Rd, Franklin, PA 16323). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
