With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronda R. Smith of Franklin, Pennsylvania, born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 28, 2024 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas Smith and Beverly Karns Smith. She is survived by: her brother Dallas Smith (Scott Cesare); her nephew Logan; her brother Shane Smith (Amy); and her siblings' children, Ryan and Megan Smith.
