He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Black and Nora Mae Black Best (Weeter); his in-laws, Glady and Charlie Cotherman; and his brother-in-law Mike Cotherman.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Black (Lisa) of Seneca, Julie Carothers (Tom) of Seneca and Jodi Wagner (Dave) of Cranberry; his granddaughters, Angie Carothers and Allie Franley (Keenan); his great grandchildren, Noelle and Elias; his granddaughter Mollie Carothers (Dave Plows); his great grandchildren, Ada and Chloe; his granddaughter Maddie Wagner; his sister Carole Bowser (Bob); his brothers-in-law, Jim and Tim Cotherman; and his wife Connie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cranberry Area Food Pantry, P.O. Box 446, Seneca PA 16346; or to a charity of one's choice.
