It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Kay Hawkins of Franklin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Earl and Emma Alberta Boughner (DeLong); her son Michael Pratt; her sister Sheila Boughner; and her brother-in-law Robert D. Blair.
She is survived by: her husband Chester "Junior" Hawkins, Jr.; her daughter Heidi Hawkins-Plowman (Todd) of Franklin; her granddaughters, Halle of Franklin and Marley Plowman of Franklin; her sisters, Shelly Boughner (Terry Bean) of Clarion and Sue Blair of Franklin; and her nephews, Rick Blair (David Frasure) of Franklin and Rob Blair of Franklin.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made in Sandy's name to the Franklin Public Library, 421 12th St, Franklin, PA 16323.
