She was predeceased by: her father Calvin C. Smith Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Sandra Smith; and her siblings, Carrie Green (Jim), Tom Smith (Dee), Michael Smith (Alicia), Jeffrey Smith (Joyce), Timothy Smith (Sheri), Brian Smith (Melanie) and Cindy Steedle (Keith). She is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews and 11 great-nieces and nephews.
