She was predeceased by: her father Leonard Reitz. She is survived by: her husband Jon A. Baker; her sons, Jeffery Baker (Jennifer) of Conneaut Lake, Michael Baker of Cape Coral, FL and Charles Baker of Fairfax, VA; and her grandchildren, Kimmber, Alexis and Chelsea. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made in Susan's memory to the Venango County Humane Society, 286 S Main St, Seneca, PA 16346.
