He is survived by: his wife Debra Hawke; his daughter Jasmine Eda Whitman of Oil City; his grandsons, Noah Lee Steetle of Franklin and Raymond Charles Mutzig of Franklin; his sisters, Debbie Craver (Steve) of Franklin, Bonnie Wood (late John) of Clintonville and Kathy Porter (Rick) of Franklin; his nieces, Angie Dunlap, Alicia Cook (Michael) and Brittany Kightlinger (Travis); and his aunt Sue Cook (Bob) of Texas.
Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in honor of Ted.
