She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth J. Dorn; her parents, John Schnalzer and Cecelia Schnalzer (Schlener); and her siblings, Carl Lukitsch, Walter Lukitsch, Leo Schnalzer, Joseph Schnalzer, Rudolph Schnalzer, Edward Schnalzer, Faye Holzhauser (Lukitsch), Marie Shelbaugh (Lukitsch), Stella Duggan (Schnalzer), Cecelia Schnalzer and Margaret Beier (Schnalzer).
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Angelos (Bill), Kenneth G. Dorn (Sarah) and Michael Dorn (Malissa); her grandchildren, Will, Lauren, Kiersten (Angelos), Samantha, Kenny, Michael, Cole and Henry (Dorn); and her great grandchildren, Mia and Jack (Angelos). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
