He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Horner and Shirley Reed Horner; his brother Eugene Horner; his brother-in-law George Snyder; and his sibling's children, Andy Horner, Ben Horner and Emily Carothers.
He is survived by: his daughter Dr. Holly Propper (Randy Propper) of Tallahasee; and his siblings, Suzan Horner of Franklin, James Horner (Joni) of Butler and Jill Snyder of Ft. Myers, FL.
