He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford M. Allen and Mary Jane Allen (Anderson); and his sisters, Kathryn E. Baker and Kay Allen. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Mary Whitton (Kenneth) of Franklin, Scott Baker of Franklin, James Baker (Robin) of Franklin and John Baker of Titusville; and his brother-in-law Eric Baker of Franklin.
