She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Jacob Lepley and Virginia D. Fuller Lepley; her husband William C. Hazlett; and her siblings, Charles Lepley and Marion Ames.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Kay Smith (Gary) of Polk and Terri Lynn Hazlett of Franklin; her sister Dorothy Latchaw of Cooperstown; and her brother-in-law Donald Ames of Franklin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gardinier-Warren Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (1315 Chestnut St, Franklin, PA 16323). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
