She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Turner and Irene Burchfield Turner; her husband Leonard C. Smith; her daughter Gail Ayers; her siblings, William Turner, James Turner, Bruce Turner and Janice Erwin; and her sons-in-law, Dewayne Greenlee and Maurice Ayers.
She is survived by: her daughter Joyce Greenlee of Franklin; her grandchildren, Todd Greenlee (Kimberly) of Franklin, Jocelyn Greenlee Miller (Kenny) of Mechanicsville, VA, Dawn Pinghera of Newark, DE, Patricia Jones (Dave) of West Grove, PA and Frank Wiechecki; and her brother Eugene Turner (Louella) of Tennessee.
