It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda May Weiss of Franklin, Pennsylvania, born in Montour Falls, New York, who passed away on April 27, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Isbell and Isabelle Isbell (Voorhees); her husband Robert Joseph Weiss; her son Frank V. Weiss Sr. (Lisa Schrimp Weiss) of Monroeton; her daughter-in-law Sheri Weiss of Towanda Township; her grandchildren, Frank V. Weiss Jr., Ashley Weiss Watson, Kristopher Schrimp and Emily Schrimp; her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Adalynn, Mynessah, Emmah and Cooper; her siblings, Linda Wood of Towanda, Donna Ackley (Jesse) of Wysox, Robert Isbell (Debbie Lane) of Ulster, Jack Isbell (Penny) of Monroe Township, Tina Isbell Mattocks of Mifflinburg and Brenda Blank (Joseph) of Muncy; her sons, Kurtis and Vincent; her great grandchild Leigha; and her siblings, Anita Shook, David and William Isbell. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
