He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Brenda and William Zacherl; his adoptive father Harry E. Redinger; and his brother Robert Ray Foster Jr.. He is survived by: his parent Laura Gill Bashline; his adoptive mother Beverly Foster of Franklin; his grandfather Cliff Walker of Knox; his siblings, Wesley Rowe of Parker and Dolly Miller (Chris Pisor); his nephews, Matthew of Butler, Drake of Butler and Christopher of Butler; and his close friend Orrin Collins of Franklin.
The family asks that memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
