He was predeceased by: his wife Stephanie Lynn Pennycoff (Fisher); his parents, Carl Fisher Sr. and Dorthy Guyer (Fisher); his sons, Carl III, Fisher, III and Scott Fisher; and his brother Terry Fisher.

He is survived by: his son Joseph; his grandsons, Terry and Todd Nguyen; Michael Smith and Kim Nguyen.
