He is survived by: his wife Christine Blumenshine; his daughters, Bonnie Gautreaux (Morgan) and Nancy Hamilton (Scott); his stepdaughter Dawn (Bill) of Hamman; his grandchildren, Chris and Josh; his stepgrandchildren, Adrianne, Morgan III, Chad (Leah), Marc (Alissa) and Kelly (Armand); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ryan, Marissa, William, Angela, Daniel, Noah and Grace; and his stepson-in-law Chuck Gunsallus.
