Patricia Rae Shoffstall Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Rae Shoffstall of Frederick, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 16, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Spigelmyer and Esther Alma Spigelmyer (Patton); her husband William L Shoffstall; and her daughter Deborah. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Shoffstall (Debra) of Bechtelsville, Mark Shoffstall of Shanesville and Kelly Dowling (Thomas) of Kennett Square; her grandchildren, Shanna, Joshua, Casey, Michael, Carly, Olivia, Raeann, Jade and Devon; and her siblings, Jeanne Shehan, Jack Patton, Thomas Spigelmyer (Juaniata), Melvin Spigelmyer, William Spigelmyer (Marybeth) and Lisa Klauder (Phillip). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
