He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin R. Kolb and Florence Kolb (Schoenly); and his sister Beulah Erb. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Moser (Jeff) and Linda Bush (Dave); and his grandchildren, Kate Sweinhart (Eric), Rachel Landis (Scott), Josh Moser, Kelsey Speilman (Todd) and Kody Bush (Lauren). He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
