He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Evans and Edward Evans. He is survived by: his wife Christine Evans; his children, Michael Semancik and Bernadette Jaquay (Patrick); his grandson Cameron Jaquay; and his sisters, Kim Reynolds (Joe) and Cheryl Landis (Tim). He is also survived by two nieces, two nephews, five great-nephews, and two great-nieces.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Greenlee's Fredericktown Funeral Home Ltd. (42 Bank St, Fredericktown, PA 15333).
