Though George has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Kay E. Gallo (Bof); his children, Launine Little (Robert), Robin Schmidt Gallo, Kevin Schmidt Gallo and George D. "Mickey" Gallo, Jr. (Velvet); and his siblings, Robert Gallo and Alma Jackson. He was also cherished by 10 other siblings that preceeded him in death, 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, also many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the David Henney Funeral Home (6364 Library Rd, South Park Township, PA 15129). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
