He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Henneke Bower; his parents, Walter Scott Bower II (Babe) and Lois Dee Bower (Buga); and his sister Elisabeth Anne Ames (Widdy). He is survived by: his children, Lois Bower Bjornson (Dave), Rena Bower, Walter Scott Bower IV (Kelly) and John Andrew Bower; and his grandchildren, Tony, Nels, Andrew, Kylan, Gunnar, Grace, Johnny, Odessa and Mary.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Greenlee's Fredericktown Funeral Home (42 Bank St, Fredericktown, PA 15333). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fredericktown Cemetery.
