He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zagenczyk and Rose Zagenczyk. He is survived by: his wife Linda Mielnik; his children, Tom (Erin) of Pittsboro, NC, Jeffrey (Katie) of Cranberry Township and Kristin Mayes (Tim) of Sewickley; his grandchildren, Carina, Lucas, Joseph, Carter, Will and Nathan; and his brother Jerry (Wendy) of Suwanee, GA. He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry Township (2678 Rochester Rd, Cranberry Twp, PA 16066). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Divine Grace Parish (2535 Rochester Rd, Cranberry Twp, PA 16066).
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may made in Tom's name to the Parkinson's Foundation of Western PA.
