She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Gorski and Sallie Gorski (Tluczek); her husband Paul "Babe" Falatko; her daughter Julie Thompson; and her siblings, Henry Gorski, Martha Spock and Irene Grazino.
She is survived by: her sons, Paul (Nadine), Jim (Mary) and Robert; and her siblings, Joe Gorski (Mary) and Carol Hollis (Jack). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception (898 Centre St, Freeland, PA 18224).
