She is survived by: her husband Gerard; her children, Sean Simon (Shelby), Charles Joseph Chapman, Joseph Pearl Chapman, William Hiram Chapman, Thomas Daniel Branch and Rachael DeLa Cruz; her siblings, Joseph (Jerry Newell), Theresa Guinan and Florence Newell; and her grandchildren, Josiah DeLa Cruz, Isabella DeLa Cruz, Anthony DeLa Cruz, Ellianna Liranzo, Kevin Chapman, Noah Campomizzi, Simon, Sebastian Fitz and Lilia Chapman.
