She was predeceased by: her parents, Letty Williams (Reed) and Herbert Williams. She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Bouch; her sons, Veat Neal (Laura) of Poulsbo Washington, Sadhana Neal (Christy) of Natrona Heights and River Neal (Bryanna Geagan) of Freeport; her grandchildren, Gabriella Neal, Grayson Neal, Amanda Alvarez (Isaiah), Jeremy Babinsack (Kate), Anna Huet, Ella Huet, Briel Neal and Luke Neal; and her great grandchildren, Able, Eden, Jasper and Saylor.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Wendy's name to a charity of one's choice.
