He is survived by: his wife Bonnie (Weaver); his children, Stephanie Costlow (Michael) of Poquoson, Jolene Cox (John) of King, NC, Stacy Parr (Bryan) of Pinnacle, NC and Vicki Newcomer (Paul) of Somerset; his grandchildren, Elliott Costlow, Eric Costlow, Austin Newcomer, Jordan Cox and Jacob Newcomer; and his great grandchild Tomlinson.
