Alice leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Alice’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Alice will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. McDermott, Jr. and Sarah McDermott (Hoch); and her sibling Thomas J. McDermott III (late Julianne). She is survived by: her husband John J. Dougherty; her children, Dennis Dougherty (Stefanie) and Meghan Dougherty; her pet Budgie; and her sister Sally Schantz (late Linn).
