He was predeceased by: his parents, John Potter and Florence Potter; his daughters, Shannon Ann Potter and Julia Potter; and his siblings, John, Barbara, Patricia, Florence, Christine and William.
He is survived by: his brother Robert Potter of Kintnersville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The military honors will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Andy's name to Prevention Point Philadelphia, a Kensington-based organization that supports individuals facing addiction and helps those recently incarcerated reconnect with their community.
