He was predeceased by: his former wife Julie Urankar; his children, Chloe, Alex and Noah; his brother-in-law Jeff White (Pamela); his parents, Frank Urankar and Carmela Urankar; and his sister Lisa Urankar.

He is survived by: his fiancée Cheryl Young.
