Howell, Jr. of Harrison Valley, Teressa M. Howell (Ryan) of Columbia Crossroads, Rendale Howell of Lakeland, FL, Chad Howell of Westfield and Ryan Spicer of Colorado; his grandchildren, Chad Howell Jr., Cole, Waylen Austin and Ava Austin; and his siblings, Shelly Putman, Sandra McCullen, Sharon McCullen, Jerry McCullen and Hervey Howell.
