He is survived by: his wife Susan Pulcher of Galeton; his sons, Ronald Pulcher, II of Galeton, Eric Pulcher of Galeton and William Matthew Pulcher of Michigan; his grandchildren, Lucinda Redman of Michigan and Xander Pulcher of Michigan; and his sisters, Linda Good and Mildred.
