He was predeceased by: his parents, John Timozek and Mary Timozek (Malicki) of Ukrainian; and his siblings, Joan Trainor and John "Sonny" Timozek. He is survived by: his wife Margie; his children, Marlene Mugge (Ric Mugge) and Robert Timozek (Stephanie Christie); and his grandchildren, Lauren, Kate, Stephan and Kai. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action network.
