He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Noel (Storm); and his children, Tina McCreary (Gary), Glenn Noel Jr. (Angela), Jennifer Kephart (Dave) and Michael Noel (Megan). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
