She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Lee Stone and Margaret Simms Stone; her daughter Cheryl Ann Wertz; and her siblings, Florence Sheer, Betty Phillips, William Stone Sr., Mary Lou Cummings, Howard Lee Stone, Jr. and Georgia Root.
She is survived by: her spouse Terry Lee Donkewicz, Sr.; her close friend Ginny; her sons, Terry L. Donkewicz, Jr. of Gap and David Donkewicz (Hope) of Womelsdorf, PA; her grandsons, Jeffery, Jonathan and David; her great grandchildren, Catie and Matthew; and her siblings, Raymond Stone, Zella Seace, Susan McCaffary, Barbara Cummings and Madeline Gibson.
