He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold C. Rice and Loretta I. Rice (Group); and his brother Frederick Rice. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Murtoff (Laird) of Gardners and Marlin W. Rice (Darlene); and his sister-in-law Carrie Rice. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
