She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Noah and Mabel Pauline Franklin Wenger; her husband William Joseph Hoover; and her brother Allan Wenger. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan K. Day (Thomas) and Donna R. Binner (Rick); and her grandchildren, Heather L. Baur (Dan) of Gardners, Jonathan T. Day of Gardners, Austin R. Binner (Karen) of Port St and Sydney R. Jenkins (Jordan) of Port St. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
