He was predeceased by: his parents, John Franklin and Iva Buckley (Kump); his sons, David, Jason and Gordon Buckley; and his brothers, Earl and Kenneth Buckley.
He is survived by: his children, Joyce Cooper of Great Bend, PA, Cindy Keefauver of Gardners and Jamie Chapman of Dillsburg; and his siblings, Mary Jane Clapsaddle of Ortanna and Glenn Buckley of New Oxford. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
