She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Phillips and Dorothy Phillips (Nolan); her husband William DeVos; and her daughter Sarah DeVos. She is survived by: her children, Mark DeVos and Sharon DeVos; her grandchildren, Isaiah Shrawder and Rashon Shrawder (Jamie); her great grandchildren, Ariana Shrawder, Makenna Shrawder and Baylee Shrawder; and her sister Patricia Parkes.
A graveside service was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sunnyside Cemetery (88 Sunnyside Cemetery Rd, York Springs, PA 17372).
