Polinsky Jr. (Claire), Michele Polinsky and Stephanie Thornton (Michael); her brothers, Thomas Jr., Richard, Joseph and John Spangler; and her grandchildren, Emma, Jack, Joseph, Nicola, Andrew and Samantha.
