He was predeceased by: his mother Jean Faulkner (Petryk). He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Carr); his daughter Lauren; his son-in-law Timothy Cusick; his grandson David J. Faulkner; his brother Ernie; his sister-in-law Rosie Faulkner; his brother Eugene Faulkner; and his grandchildren, Logan, Everett, Lachlan, Jude, Violet and Hazel.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society to support pancreatic cancer research.
