He was predeceased by: his parents, James Faulkner and Marion McMenamin Faulkner; and his brothers, James Faulkner Jr. and George Faulkner. He is survived by: his wife Sharon "Sherry" L. Faulkner; his children, Cindi Moore (Jay), Jack Faulkner Jr. and Susan Myers (Tim); his grandchildren, Erin, Jason Moore, Joey, Samantha Myers and Kerstynn Montgomery; and his great grandchildren, Emma and Connor Montgomery.
