He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Mooney and Mabel Mooney (Kerstetter); his sons, Michael D. Mooney II and Ryan P. Mooney; and his brothers, Francis William Mooney and James Patrick Mooney.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Mooney (Kuc); his daughter Erin Sullivan (Ryan); his grandsons, Dillon and Derrick Sullivan; and his siblings, Nancy Kirk, John Mooney, Susan Haas and Mary Lou Baskin.
Due to ongoing Covid concerns services will be private.
