He was predeceased by : his parents, John Izykowski and Helen Dolinski Izykowski; and his sister Jean Kelly. He is survived by : his wife Barbara A. Keenan Izykowski; his sons, Stephen Izykowski (Tracie) and Joseph Izykowski (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Emilie, John, Katie Izykowski, Joe and Cecilia Izykowski.
