He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jane Hazzard and Stanley Hazzard. He is survived by: his wife Lois E. Hazzard; his daughters, Eileen Keller (Charles) and Katie Hazzard (Kirk Bailey); his siblings, Trudy Copley and James Hazzard; his sister-in-law Paula Clark (Steve Geary); and his grandsons, Brendan, Matthew and Noah Keller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Penn Medicine Hospice, 795 E. Marshall St., Ste. 204, West Chester PA 19380.
