He was predeceased by : his parents, John Downie and Margaret Downie; and his brother Jack Downie. He is survived by : his wife Beverly Downie; his daughter Ashley Zaborowski (Kevin); his grandchildren, Evelyn and Austyn Zaborowski; and his sister Susanne DeLeone.
