He was predeceased by: Kathleen Stephen Cusick. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Lennartz and Laura Lennartz; his siblings, Aidan and Kate; his nannies, Gina and Jenn; and his grandmother Debra. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
