He is survived by: his wife Regina Riggs (Stutler); his daughters, Terri Roa (Joe), Susie Garner (Jim) and Debbie Holler (Dan); his brothers, Paul Riggs and Jerry Riggs; his grandchildren, Jake Roa (Susie Aho), Taylor Roa (Zack), Aaron Garner (Emily), Chase, Seth Holler (Cassidy) and Laina Holler (Jonas Shaffer); and his great grandchildren, Audrey Garner, Aurora Garner and Naomi Holler.
