She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter F. Sr. Housel and Sadie Marie Housel (Christner); her former husband William R. Fogle; her husband Donald G. Cober Sr.; her sons, Donald and Timothy Fogle; her grandson Jesse Lynn Decker; and her sisters, Betty Gnagey, Doris Oester and Marie Mathers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Esther Smith (Tim) and Janet Cober (Donald Jr.); her stepdaughter Debbie Fogle; her daughter-in-law Carole Fogle; her grandchildren, Holli Teague (Luther), Doni Miller (Bob), David Decker Jr., Melissa Palumbo (Christopher), Jeremy Decker (Lauren), William Fogle (Ashley) and Donald Cober III; and her siblings, Verna Mae Niedermeyer (Joseph), Anna Hamilton (Lloyd), Peter Housel Jr. (Gloria Ann) and Clyde Housel (Terry). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Deaner Funeral Home (705 Main St, Berlin, PA 15530). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
